I'm Scott, I'm a 42 year old cancer survivor. It is my mission to raise awareness and support survivors and their families.
I’m Scott—a head and neck cancer survivor, athlete and professional leader with a passion for turning resilience into action. After navigating the physical and emotional toll of cancer treatment, I’ve committed to using my story to raise awareness, drive research, and support others facing similar battles.
I’m training to complete the Murph Challenge by Memorial Day 2026—not just as a personal goal, but as a platform to raise awareness and funds for head and neck cancer support and research. Every rep is a statement: we can endure, we can rebuild, and we can make a difference.
I approach challenges with a strategic mind, an empathetic heart, and a drive to build solutions that matter. Whether I’m leading teams, competing, or training for the Murph Challenge, I bring grit, clarity, and purpose to everything I do.
This site is part of that mission: to turn personal strength into collective progress, and to prove that we are stronger than cancer.

I never expected cancer to become part of my story. But when I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, everything changed—my routines, my relationships, my sense of control. Treatment was brutal. The side effects were relentless. And even after radiation ended, the aftermath lingered: fatigue, pain, and the quiet battles that most people never see.
Looking back now, I realize cancer didn’t just test my body—it reshaped my perspective. It taught me patience, grit, and the power of community. It showed me how fragile life can be, and how strong we can become when we’re forced to fight for it.
I’m still living with the consequences of treatment. But I’m also living with purpose.

I’ve committed to completing the Murph Challenge by Memorial Day 2026—not just as a personal milestone, but as a platform to raise awareness and support for others facing this disease.
This campaign is about more than fitness. It’s about funding research that leads to better treatments. It’s about supporting patients so they don’t have to endure what I did. It’s about proving, rep by rep, that we are stronger than cancer.
